Our story

At Baykat Market Garden we're dedicated to growing organic vegetables using permaculture systems. Our bio-intensive regenerative method of farming helps us produce healthy, nutrient rich vegetables. We practice the no-till style of market gardening because soil biology is of great importance to us. Good soil is what makes it all possible. We do not use chemicals of any kind in our system and are committed to sticking with Nature! Only Organic and Heirloom seeds to start it all, plant care and organic fertilizer from animal waste and Voila! Our neighbors get healthy, nutrient rich vegetables!
